This notice explains how Amaace Labs handles information when you visit our website or get in touch about a project.
What you share with us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and a description of what you are looking to build or improve. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material in an initial inquiry.
How we use it
We use these details to read and respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and manage that conversation. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing emails or send automated confirmation emails.
Services that process information
The website is designed for hosting on Cloudflare Workers, which processes requests and associated technical information to serve and protect the site. When form delivery is enabled, Resend processes the inquiry and your email address to deliver it to our business mailbox. Our mailbox provider also processes the resulting email correspondence.
Upstash Redis provides shared rate limiting. A hashed network address and request counts are used to restrict repeated submissions; inquiry text is not stored in Redis. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Operational records and storage
Hosting and service providers may maintain technical records, such as network addresses, request times, delivery status, and errors. Our application does not log inquiry bodies, names, or full email addresses. Inquiries and replies are held in the business mailbox as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting engagement. Operational retention settings are managed with our providers.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics or advertising trackers are enabled by default, and this website does not set application cookies for tracking visitors.
